FIGHTER READY COMBAT SPORTS MATCHMAKING EARLY ACCESS

ROUND 00 — OVERVIEW

FIGHTER
READY

Matchmaking with an opinion. For boxing, kickboxing, MMA and Muay Thai — the app decides whether a bout is safe, and holds the line.

LAUNCHING AUTUMN 2026

ROUND 01 — THE PROBLEM

MATCHMAKING
IS BROKEN.

Everyone knows it.

Hours lost

Coaches spend evenings chasing bouts over WhatsApp and phone calls. There is no central place to find a safe, suitable opponent.

Mismatches happen

Without objective data, fight decisions rely on gut feel. The wrong match at the wrong time puts fighters at risk.

Fighters are invisible

A boxer's full record lives in a notebook. Promoters, matchmakers and scouts have no way to find upcoming talent.

ROUND 02 — MATCHMAKING

EVERY MATCH,
SAFELY.

Weight. Age. Experience. Skill. One traffic light.

One verdict, before anyone agrees

The app scores the pairing — weight, age, experience and skill category — and returns a single verdict before anyone agrees to anything. Green, amber or red. Both clubs see every number behind it: the weight gap in kilos, the age gap in years, the bouts between them. A verdict, not a spreadsheet, and not a black box either.

Hard gates, not warnings

Age groups are a hard gate. Novice limits are enforced. Guardian consent is required for every under-18. Suspensions, dropout cooling-off periods and cross-discipline history are all checked before a match can be confirmed — so a kickboxer entering an amateur boxing bout is surfaced before the bout is agreed, not after.

Your governing body’s own rest schedule

A stoppage loss locks a fighter out automatically — for the period their governing body actually specifies, not a flat number. England and Welsh Boxing require 30 days after a knockout or concussive stoppage. WAKO runs 30, 90 or 180 days on how long the competitor was unconscious. IFMA runs 30, 90 or 365 on repeat head stoppages. The app applies the right one, by discipline and by severity, and it applies it on its own.

Enforced in three places

Every one of these gates lives in the app, in the matchmaking engine and in the database itself. A bout the rules do not allow cannot be confirmed from any of them. Compliance happens whether or not anyone remembers to check.

One platform, every discipline

Boxing. Kickboxing. MMA. Muay Thai. All live at launch — one engine, one database, one network, with each sport’s own weight divisions, rounds and rulebook applied to it.

ROUND 03 — SPARRING

THE RIGHT
ROUNDS.

Post what you need. The right clubs answer.

The Sparring Finder

A coach posts what a fighter needs: a target weight within one, two or three kilos, the age group, novice or open, and roughly how many bouts. Say whether you will travel, host or either, and the dates that work. The request stays open for seven days, then clears itself rather than sitting stale on every other club’s board.

Brackets, not names

Other clubs see the bracket — weight, age group, experience — not the fighter. An adult is named only if their own coach chooses to show it. A minor’s name cannot be shown at all: the database locks it off, whatever the app sends.

The same safety line

Sparring still puts two people in a ring, so age groups are never relaxed to find a partner. A fighter on medical rest after a stoppage cannot be put forward: they show as resting, with the date it lifts.

ROUND 04 — ASSESSMENT

GET FIGHTER
READY.

Officially. Eight attributes, one verdict.

The coach assessment

The assessment is the heart of the product. Coaches score each fighter across eight attributes — technique, power, speed, fitness, ring craft, defence, aggression and sparring — producing an objective "Fight Ready" verdict. No more gut-feel decisions.

Progress you can see

Coaches track progress over time, fighters see their development, and the platform confirms when a fighter is genuinely ready to step in the ring.

ROUND 05 — YOUR PROFILE

ANYONE CAN
START.

Make a profile. Join a club. Get on a card.

Start with a profile

Every fighter gets one, free, club or no club. Public profile, bout record, sparring and bout reels, an AI-generated promo photo. It is the thing that makes you findable — without one you are a phone number in somebody else’s contacts.

With a club, or without

Independents with no club get the full app, not a cut-down version of it. Join a club roster and you also get the coach assessment: eight attributes, scored by the coach who trains you, tracked as you improve.

Find a club nearby

Search by discipline and see clubs ranked by real distance from your postcode, nearest first — not an alphabetical list. Ask to join from the club’s profile.

Get on a card

Find shows, cups and white-collar cards looking for fighters, and be found by the people filling the slots — clubs matching bouts, promoters filling cards. When someone searches by discipline, weight and location, your profile is what they are looking at.

ROUND 06 — EVENTS & TICKETING

FIRST SLOT
TO FINAL BELL.

Build the card. Run the box cup. Kit up. Sell the tickets.

The event builder

Build your full fight card, assign bout slots, manage the weigh-in, coordinate officials and record results — all in one place.

Tournaments and box cups

A full multi-day cup, run start to finish on the platform. Clubs enter online, entries are reviewed and boxers are seeded into brackets and drawn across rings. Check-in and the weigh-in happen on the day, the running order updates live as bouts finish, and entry fees are taken in the app and paid out to the promoter.

The Store

Fighters, clubs and promoters buy kit and book services in the same place. Kit is bought off the shelf — gloves, wraps and tape, mouthguards, footwear, clubwear — added to a basket and paid for in the app. Services such as ring hire are booked by date: ask the supplier, agree a price in the thread, and pay there once it is accepted. Every order carries a short FR reference, and a review can only be left after the buyer confirms it arrived, so every star comes from a real purchase.

Suppliers: list it, get found

Local businesses list what they do — rings, lighting, medics, MCs, photography — and sell kit from the same shop. Clubs building a show find them by category and distance and book directly through the platform; kit orders are packed, posted and marked off in the app, bookings are quoted in a thread, and payouts are handled in the same place.

BoutPass ticketing

BoutPass is our dedicated ticketing platform, purpose-built for combat sports. From white-collar shows to national title fights — sell, scan and settle without the generic ticketing headaches. Fighter allocations, table sales, doors staffing, refund control — all wired into the same platform that runs your card. No third-party bloat. Fair fees. Fast payouts.

ROUND 07 — WHO IT'S FOR

EVERY CORNER
OF THE
SPORT.

Get early access. It’s free.

Coaches and clubs

Roster management, coach assessments, smart matchmaking, sparring requests to nearby clubs, full event building. Buy kit and book suppliers from the same app. Run your club and your shows from one place.

Fighters

Your own app. Public profile, bout record, reels and AI promo photos. A professional presence built on real data. On a club roster, your coach can put you up for sparring with nearby clubs, matched on weight, age and experience. And the Store is there when you need kit.

Promoters

Run your cup on the platform. Clubs enter online, boxers are seeded into brackets and drawn across rings, entry fees are collected in the app, and the running order updates live on the day. Next year, start the same cup again with its dates a year on.

Officials

Referees, judges and officials in charge get their own app. Set your availability, get offered work on shows near you, run the panel on the night, file results and keep track of what you are owed — instead of a WhatsApp group and a text the week before.

Suppliers

List your services — rings, lighting, medics, catering, MCs, photography — or sell kit through the Store. Get discovered by clubs running events in your area, quote bookings in a thread, and get paid through the platform.

White-collar

White-collar is its own platform inside Fighter Ready, with its own registration for boxers and for promoters. Build a vetted profile, find shows looking for fighters, and track your progress from first spar to fight night. Every profile is vetted. No time-wasters, no ghost fighters.

Questions

What is Fighter Ready?

Fighter Ready is a UK combat sports matchmaking platform. It matches amateur and white-collar fighters safely across boxing, kickboxing, MMA and Muay Thai, and also runs coach assessments, sparring between clubs, fighter profiles, tournaments and box cups, event building, a store for kit and supplier bookings, and ticketing.

How does Fighter Ready score a bout?

Fighter Ready scores the pairing — weight, age, experience and skill category — into a single traffic light, green, amber or red, before anyone agrees to a bout. Both clubs can see every number behind it, so it is not a black box. The Fighter Ready Ranking is a separate thing: a merit ladder built from bouts fought on the platform, where everyone starts at zero.

How does Fighter Ready make matchmaking safer?

Safety rules are hard gates rather than warnings. Age groups are enforced, novice limits are applied, guardian consent is required for under-18s, and suspension and cross-discipline checks run before a match can be confirmed. A stoppage loss locks a fighter out automatically for the period their governing body specifies — 30 days for a concussive stoppage under England and Welsh Boxing, 30, 90 or 180 days under WAKO. Every gate is enforced in the app, in the matchmaking engine and in the database.

Which combat sports does Fighter Ready support?

Boxing, kickboxing, MMA and Muay Thai — all live at launch, on one engine and one database. White-collar is a separate platform inside Fighter Ready with its own registration for boxers and promoters.

Can I use Fighter Ready without a club?

Yes. Independent fighters with no club get the full app and a public profile. Joining a club roster additionally gives you the coach assessment, scored across eight attributes by the coach who trains you.

How do I find a sparring partner for my fighter?

Through the Sparring Finder, a board for arranging sparring between clubs. A coach posts a request with a target weight and a tolerance of one, two or three kilos, coaches at nearby clubs see it sorted by how well their own fighters fit, and every reply opens a private thread between the two coaches. Age groups are matched exactly, and a fighter on medical rest after a stoppage cannot be selected.

Does Fighter Ready have a shop?

Yes. The Store is where fighters, clubs and promoters buy kit and book services from suppliers inside the app. Kit is bought off the shelf and paid for in the app; services such as ring hire are booked by date, with the price agreed in a thread with the supplier.

Is Fighter Ready free?

Early access is free. Safety features are free and will always remain free.

Who is Fighter Ready for?

Clubs and coaches, fighters, independents with no club, promoters running tournaments and cups, officials, suppliers and white-collar participants. Each gets their own version of the app.

When does Fighter Ready launch?

Fighter Ready launches in autumn 2026. Early access is open now and free to join.
